2. Hourly Rates

  • Pricing is calculated on an hourly basis, depending on the selected plan. Rates may vary based on the scope and complexity of the project.

3. Scope of Work

Each plan includes a set of specific services:

  • Consulting: Strategic guidance to achieve your design objectives.
  • Development: Bringing concepts to life through development.
  • Design: Advanced design services available in select plans.
  • 24/7 Support: Premium support for high-priority projects (available in Premium plans).

4. Customization

For projects with unique requirements, we provide fully customized pricing based on:

  • Project size and complexity.
  • Timeline and urgency.
  • Tools, software, and additional resources required.

5. Payment Terms

  • An initial 50% advance payment is required to commence work.
  • The remaining payment is due upon project completion or delivery of agreed milestones.
  • Payment modes include bank transfer, UPI, and major digital payment platforms.

6. Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Cancellation requests must be made in writing within 7 days of project initiation.
  • Refunds will be issued based on the proportion of work completed at the time of cancellation.
  • Advance payments are non-refundable for cancellations beyond the 7-day period.

7. Additional Costs

  • Expenses for third-party services (e.g., stock images, plugins, or software licenses) will be billed separately.
  • Revisions beyond the agreed scope will incur additional charges based on hourly rates.

8. Discounts

  • Returning Clients: Eligible for a loyalty discount of up to 10%.
  • Bulk Projects: Special pricing is available for clients with multiple projects.

9. Taxation

  • All prices are subject to applicable GST (Goods and Services Tax).

10. Transparency
